Our Friday Acro practice session at Haverstock Hill School is back in the regular room from 7pm as usual.
If you can't get a ticket from the website please write a post on Facebook and say how many you need so I can reserve them, otherwise, the price of the ticket will be £7.
In order to keep this event public and minimise any "admin" communication tasks required for the volunteer organiser, I would like to ask all of you interested participants to get your ticket and if you can't come anymore, sell it to a friend or someone from the "Waiting List"

24 Haverstock Hill, London NW3 2BQ. Nearest station: Chalk Farm then 3 mins walk from the station.
The cost of the space is £110 and the remaining funds will be used for a crowdfunding campaign to get more equipment.
If the jam is not paying the cost of the room, the room will be paid from the funds available from the previous jams.
This is not a class so there will be no teaching, but everybody is encouraged to share their experience, train and practice things you've done before.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
