FRESH THURSDAY is a regular event showcasing exciting new music alongside lots of candles, board games and a homecooked slap up dinner. *If you have a nut allergy or are coeliac please choose the ticketing option that states the correct dietary requirement. Please note booking well in advance for this event is really helpful for us to know how many people we're catering for!*
TONIGHTS LINE UP has changed significantly ......due to Tenderlonius pulling out ......we now have a wonderful mix of properly FRESH new music directly from our local scene. And we also have pie and mash on the menu. Step out of our crazy world & come down for a warm night of pints, pies and homegrown music! (Nb pies only guaranteed if tickets are brought in advance as we need head counts for cooking the right amount!)
Knats take the headline spot with their rapidly up and coming home brewed Tyneside jazz. They have shaped their sound through studying the jazz greats, they’re smooth operators!
AFOSS Brightly is the great electronic solo project from Newcastle-based musician Arian Starfield mashing up Folk & Trad Electronica.
The Folding Desert is the space between Adam Sams' ears. In exile there most of the time, he's attempting to score out a warm, colourful and surreal universe for those who've insinuated that he's "on another planet" and anyone else who may happen to enjoy the music. Expect elements of jazz, r&b and eastern music.
