FRESH THURSDAY is a regular event showcasing exciting new music alongside lots of candles, board games and a homecooked slap up dinner. *If you have a nut allergy or are coeliac please choose the ticketing option that states the correct dietary requirement. HYPERDAWN
From vast sad looped choirs to creamy r’n'b croons, Hyperdawn hones its own off-kilter sound with sprawling reel-to-reel tape loops, modified keyboards and vocals. Informed as much by the temperamental machines as the duo itself, this is raw, haptic pop music held together with Sellotape
Theirs is a world of hidden machine music, amplified by homemade pick-ups, shining 16-bit threads of melody and zen-like process music, mingling performance and playfulness.

THE MERMAID CAFE
The mermaid café is an experimental duo exploring pop, ambient & improv worlds. They are a political group; thinking about queering and decolonising creative. They write and devise original music. They improvise, they research, they collaborate across multiple disciplines. They are upsetters and activists.
