Free OPEN LEVEL VINYASA YOGA class focusing on ENERGISING THE BODY AND RESTORING THE MIND.

Optional essential oil complimenting pranayama yoga breathing which we start at the beginning of class.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
I am offering free yoga classes in the park as I gain experience after recently qualifying as a 200hr RYT Yoga teacher.
Every class I teach during this time, I offer the option to give donations to charity rather than accept payment for practice.
So please feel free to give whatever you wish.
For this we will be collecting for MIND which is an amazing charity that does so much good for those who have been affected by it.
