We’ve only had to turn people away because of the house being full on a few occasions before at the Southgate Club, but this could be one of those times such is the quality and reputation of this player and his band. We’re delighted to welcome back to St Harmonicas Frankie Connolly and his band to perform some original and classic blues in Frankie’s inimitable style. Frankie is simply one of the most exciting young guitarists on the planet with a growing reputation at home and abroad as a guitarist and vocalist. He first played St Harmonicas as an 18 year old as part of ‘Serious Blues’ when his playing caused audible thuds as jaws dropped to the floor! On Friday he brings his own band, you will be absolutely staggered by the quality of what they do, and by Frankie’s ability as a band leader.
