FRAME YOGA
Frames idea of the perfect yoga class - A 60 minute class including the mindfulness of Power Yoga, the strength and speed of Rocket and the flow of Dynamic Vinyasa, with of course elements from a yin practice to slow the breath and get deeper into those postures. This class is Frames way of getting you out of your head, and into your body. To open up and challenge you to try new things and step away from your everyday.
PLEASE COME READY - There are no changing facilities or showers on site.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
