Description
Frame have teamed up with Tribe for a fun run through London. From our Shoreditch base, we'll get onto the Regent's Canal and pretty much stay right on it until Maida Vale. A short run then follows back to our west London studio. The run will depart at 10am and depending upon your speed, arrive at QP between roughly 11.30 and 12.30.Whether you fancy a challenge or you just want to soak up the sights as we traverse across town, we'll have instructors running at different paces on the day ensuring that we have a speed that works for you. There will be a quick pitt-stop at our Frame studio in Kings Cross for rehydration. At Queens Park cool off with some cold pressed juice from Imbibery and goodies from Tribe.
Tribe a a band of runners who initially started out on a 1,000 mile run across Eastern Europe, traversing nine countries in 30 days, to raise awareness of child trafficking. To keep their energy up along the way they made their own snacks to keep them energised- and The Tribe Pack was born! The Tribe Pack is a new subscription box for active people (www.wearetribe.co). Each Trib
The run itself is free but we ask that a £5 donation is made to Tribe For Good which goes towards raising funds and awareness of human trafficking.
