Join us for #fooditation a meditation session followed by tea and amazing oriental food, surrounded by incredible art.
Only 10 places available for this exclusive event. How the morning will unfold:
From 11.00 Check-in, introductions and visit of the art exhibition in the gallery room
11.30 Half-an hour session in the meditation room, led by our expert, Charlie, a meditation and yoga teacher, who will guide you through some pranayama (breathing techniques), followed by gentle stretching and seated meditation
12.00-13.00 Enjoy a reinvigorating tea (chrysanthemum, saffron chai, ginger, green, jasmine) from the Yum sa exclusive selection, ask Charlie any question about today's practice and mingle with your fellow guests
We will then sit down to enjoy a traditional Asian thali (tray) of food which consist of por pia tod, multigrain soup, tofu larb on lettuce with choice of jasmine, wild rice or khanom jin plus one between: chicken green curry/ tofu and oriental vegetables in a green curry sauce (V, Vg) /shrimp penang red curry.
Our #fooditation ends at 13.00 but you can stay longer in our reserved area and pay for any extra drinks or food (why not indulge yourself with some dessert?).
Your ticket includes: 30 mins guided meditation session + tea selection + one thali (either with tofu or chicken or shrimp) as detailed above.
