Description
London Cooking Project has teamed up with Oliver Rowe to bring you Food For All Seasons - a series of monthly supper clubs celebrating seasonal food to coincide with the release of his book by the same name in June. Each event will feature produce from local producers and bring you the best ingredients the seasons have to offer.
Feast on the flavours of April brought to you by Oliver Rowe - previously a chef at the highly acclaimed Moro and the man behind Konstam at the Prince Albert – London’s first locally sourced restaurant with over 80% of the produce used being sourced from in and around London.
Traditionally a difficult time of year in the seasonal calendar as many crops have yet to be harvested, but supplies of the stored fruit and vegetables, like apples and beetroot, are rapidly dwindling. Wild garlic is in abundance, as are many salad leaves. This month's menu will be green and lean, healthy and full of verdant flavours.
Food for All Seasons will be published by Faber in June and is available to pre-order on Amazon.
All profits from the supper club will go back into funding our community projects at the London Cooking Project.
