We're hitting the ground running on the first weekend of 2020 because we're starting as we mean to go on! Starting off in Shoreditch, we'll be covering up to 3-5km in our fun beginner sessions which combine running, strength training and mobility work. And as we're kindly being hosted by The Book Club, we'll be having a drink, natter and a munch in the venue afterwards (peep the gorgeous menu here).
So if you want to hang with a bunch of dope women and see what we're all about, come through! We meet for 10.15am for a prompt 10.30am start, and there's a bag drop (but travel light!)
Finally, it's a 'pay what you want' session and you can bring a friend for free, so hope to see you there!
