Description

A charity pop up restaurant serving the flavours of Bhutan. Tickets include a glass of bubbly on arrival, a three course meal and after dinner speech from Ani Pema Deki, the author of Set Free and the founder of the charity Opening Your Hearts to Bhutan.

There will be a raffle and a cash bar as well on the night.

Tickets are £35 per person. Limited spaces available.

A drinks reception will commence at 6:00pm, with dinner service to commence at 6:30pm.

All proceeds of the evening will go to Opening Your Heart to Bhutan charity, which brings children with special needs joy and the opportunity to build meaningful lives. Through simple, practical acts of compassion, the charity provides access to safe medical care, disability aids and basic amenities in the isolated rural areas of east Bhutan. It believes in education as a means of empowerment and supports the digging of sewage systems, building of hostels and improvement of facilities at Drats-ko, a vocational training centre in Tashigang.

What is the dress code?

The pop up dinner is informal. Casual, smart casual and business attire are all appropriate.

Can I make a donation to Opening Your Heart To Bhutan?

Yes ! You can make a donation on the payment page when you buy your ticket or visit www.openingyourhearttobhutan.com/copy-of-get-invol... or bring your donation to the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not need to bring a printed ticket. We will have a list of the supporters who have purchased tickets and will look forward to welcoming you on the night.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, but please do let us know who will be attending in your place so that we can properly welcome them on the night.

What are the seating arrangements?

We will share communal tables. You will be able to choose your own seat on arrival.

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
