Flaming Flamingo is teaming up with the fantastic Emmy Yoga for an end of January Flaming Yoga supper club! A full energising yoga class followed by a green mimosa and plant based feast to reward you for your hard work.
Emmy Lopes has been practising for 14 years, believing in the transformative power of yoga both on and off the mat. 'Yoga is for everyone, irrespective of strength, flexibility, age and stress levels!'
Join her for a detoxifying blend of Yang and Yin yoga especially designed to energise and refresh you at this cold and dark point of the year. Expect an uplifting, breath co-ordinated flow to challenge and centre you, followed by nourishing yin poses to release and unwind. The class will end with the chance to completely "bliss-out" in a guided meditation.

Following this you'll be treated to the delights of a healthy but delicious Flaming Flamingo feast! The menu will be our usual style, exciting flavours, lots of different dishes. Starting with a green mimosa and snacks, then sitting down to a multi course meal and a friendly atmosphere to round off your last weekend in January nicely!
Sunday funday :
11.50am Arrive
12pm Yoga begins
1.15pm Green mimosa, fresh salsa and chickpea tortillas
1.30pm Sit down for a delicious Mexican, Asian plant powered feast
Expect vibrant, vegetable forward fresh food made from scratch, thoughtfully sourced and put together.
The yoga and brunch will be held in the beautiful Reva studios in Hackney, just off Broadway Market.
