Cardio and toning using body weight exercises. Carefully synchronised to help you work that bit harder. Followed by relaxing Yoga for your body and your mind.

Yoga 10:40- 12:10 with Sharon
Please bring a mat if you have one (we do have some spares). Dress code: stretchy or loose, with trainers.
Bring some water. Cost: Small donation to cover the hall hire (approx. £2)
