An evening of storytelling, poetry and song around the the crackling campfire to celebrate the time of Samhain or Halloween. By lantern light in the heart of an ancient woodland we will gather to enjoy:
~ Stories from local legend Malcolm Green
~ Poetry from Chopwell- based bard Ben Holden
~ Folk music from Sam Dodd, creator of the Northumberland the Folk Group sessions.
Other musician guests will also bring us folky interludes throughout the evening.
Your ticket includes a warming cup of mulled punch or hot chocolate. Places are limited in order to keep this a cosy event, so early booking is recommended.The evening will end with an 'Open Fires' section. Bring your own story or song to share!
