In this workshop we will explore how to find the correct alignment for calming Yin stillness and grounding within the more dynamic, Yang postures of our practise. Creating strength, release and balance for both body and mind.
The "Yin" side to our yoga practice is the slower, cooling, more mindful style that works on deep release physically and often, emotionally. The "Yang" side of our practise is the higher energy, heated vinyasa movement that works on strengthening muscles and building endurance.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Finding Yin in Yang tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
