Tickets purchased from Billetto need to be exchanged on the day of the event at the Field Day Box Office where you will given your entrance ticket(s). You will receive another email closer to the time of the event with full instructions as to where the Box Office is located on site, along with opening hours and all other info.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your FIELD DAY 2015 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
