It is a an eight acre organic site where a huge range of vegetables and salads are grown. Lesley Bryson and Adam York work hard with their team to make this site so productive, and living a few minutes walk away is a total luxury. Their produce is fresh, delicious and very well priced, often beating supermarket prices which providing far superior produce. They will be giving a short tour of the site and be open to answering any questions on growing and their ethics around food production.

A copy of Caroline’s book - Fermented Foods - A Practical Guide will be available on the day at the special offer price of £12 (RRP 16.99)

Due to time constraints kefir will be demo only, with grains to buy as an add on for those wishing to make some at home after the workshop.

Liz ran the Folk House Cafe in Bristol for 13 and half years, adding Spike Island Cafe and Bristol Beacon Cafe in along the way, and is an experienced events organiser and cook.

Having moved to West Wales in 2021 Liz is now planning a series of small, relaxed workshops and events to celebrate local produce, producers, makers and creatives of all kinds. Liz will be your lunch cook and Caroline's side kick for this workshop.
