Fermented food experts will be drawing inspiration from the humble pumpkin, join them for a session of baking, pickling and cooking... we promise you won't leave empty handed.
Menu:
A variety of savoury and sweet dishes including a pumpkin and chickpea tagine, pumpkin and ginger soup, pumpkin kimchi and pumpkin and apple muffins.
This event is a part of the London #PumpkinRescue.
The #PumpkinRescue was commissioned by the North London Waste Authority.
