Frederica is a fashion academic and business advisor. She lecturers at the London College of Fashion and Regents University London, teaching fashion marketing and business management to undergraduate and postgraduate students. In addition to this her academic work involves research, her research topic focuses are enterprise education within the creative industry and Diversity within the Higher Education sector. Alongside this Frederica is a business advisor, mentor to fashion startups and is the founder of @fashed a fashion support network for young fashion creatives and @fashionbusinesseducation an unconventional Business School for fashion professionals and entrepreneurs. Prior to her academic career, she also worked with companies such as DVF, John Lewis and House of Fraser.
Kristina is the founder of INTERLACED - a media and event platform highlighting the most innovative developments in fashion and technology. Since its beginning in 2015, INTERLACED has hosted numerous events connection emerging designers, established companies, academia and the end consumer for the next wave of fashion. With marketing and strategy background, Kristina often curates and speaks at industry events such as Wear It Berlin, European Fashion Forum, Superhuman Summit, Avantex Paris. She is also a jury and mentor for international fashion tech competitions, including Aarhus Walks on Water and The Festival of Curiosity.
