Liebe Familie Trapp (äh Hametner),
eine Katastrophe! Das Liederbuch für nächstes Weihnachten mit all den neuen streng geheimen Songs wurde gestohlen. Was machen wir nur ohne das? Zum Glück war der Dieb aber unvorsichtig und ihm ist wohl ein Notizzettel aus der Tasche gefallen. Damit haben wir einen Startpunkt, wo wir vielleicht anfangen können nach dem gestohlenen Buch zu suchen. Leider kann ich mit der Information nichts anfangen, aber vielleicht sagt es euch ja etwas?
Am besten wir teilen uns auf - eure Gruppenzuteilung ist auch im Kuvert.
Gemeinsam schafft ihr es das Buch zu retten. Und auf die Gruppe, die es zuerst findet wartet eine kleine Belohnung.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
