Our professional private chef, London born Chris Bailey trained at Westminster College. Chris went onto work at Browns Hotel, The Bentley, Chez Bruce (London), Zaranda (Madrid), as well as various stints abroad and in England before finally opening The Black Rat Winchester. Winning and retaining a coveted Michelin Star.
Chris’ style is based around an obsession with great produce and seasonality. Food with interest, texture and clarity but firstly flavour making this a really delightful evening of fine food paired with fine wines to remember.
Cellar Magneval’s Sommeliers will be walking us through the evening of fine dining and our selection of paired fine wine.
