    Celebrating World mental health day which falls on the 10th of October, the Rotaract Club of Athugalpura is planning to organize a Virtual Conference, “Every Mind Matters” under the International theme - Mental Health in an Unequal World with the participation of many distinguished figures in the Mental health and Social service field to raise a discussion on how Inequalities in Gender, Social Status, Races, and Ethnicities affects the Quality of mental health in the Citizens in Sri Lanka and How we can give a sustainable solution within the socio-political context in our country.

          -Chief Guest Session: At 9. 00 AM

    Honorable Cheif guest of the conference will be Ms. M.TR.S Attanayake, Director General of National Institution of Social Development.

           -Panel discussion : At 3.00 PM

    Our intention of this panel discussion is to review how the inequalities such as poverty, education and gender etc. can affect the quality of mental health and services and how to find a sustainable solutiona changing the education, Health, and Law systems in Sri Lanka.
