Who are your hosts?

Beverley has been a Pilates and wellbeing coach for the best part of a decade. Before that she had a varied career working in political lobbying after her first degree, which was followed by roles in telecoms policy and regulation and social policy spheres.

It's that experience of office culture and working deadlines that now informs her drive to help busy professional women to unearth and use strategies to prioritise and enhance their wellbeing. Beverley is a firm believer that you have to consciously carve out space for yourself in amongst the hustle and bustle of home and work lives that can be as busy and hectic as they are rewarding.

Beverley's coaching style was once described as "charismatic and humorous" an epithet she strives to continue to embody.

As a journalist, Sara found consistent training in Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi gave her focus and energy. Always interested in working with people, she left journalism for community work, completed a Masters in History and pursued her passion for movement, retraining as a PT in 2011. After a serious motorbike accident she gained employment with Matt Roberts PT Ltd, navigating a broken wrist and elbow, while out on the gym floor. Numerous operations were to follow and a long rehabilitation and healing journey.

Sara gives credit, not only to an intense physio programme for her full recovery, but also Chi Gong, Tai Chi and Yoga, where the breath and intention is used to self-heal. Sara has taken part in Triathlons and Duathlons, trainings with the Kaivalyadhama Institute, and the Yoga Institute, Yoga Nidra with the Shankar Prasad Ashram all in India, and a further TTC in Restorative Yoga with Yoga Bliss in Bali.

Her passion for all aspects of rehabilitation led her naturally to pursue further studies in pre and post natal training and to that end she has helped numerous women through this important and exciting period of life.
