We will be running another pop-up on February 8th. The day will look like this: -
9:30-10:15 We will start with a morning yoga session with Liz Joy Oakley to get your brain in working gear! We know you are always rushing to get places and to get things crossed of that to do list, so it's a good idea to recalibrate and get into the zone.
10:15-12:00 The co-working space will be running a quiet and productive space to get down to work.
12:00-12:30 A networking lunch hour (bring your own lunch) - meet the other parents working in the space and share ideas - this is where the magic happens!
12:30-2:00 A Workshop with Kim Trevett from the Holistic Lifestyle Club has an exciting 90 minute workshop planned for us because being a working mum is an important job and we want to help you get the balance right!

Equilibrium, meaning a calm state of mind, balance and stability, equilibri-mums runs practical and transformational workshops for working mums.
We help working mums regain their natural state of balance. Although having children is the most wonderful time of a woman's life, it is also one of the most challenging times.
As women we are still expected to feel guilt about the choices we make. Mums who go out to work are berated for leaving their children under the supervision of others, while mums who stay at home are sneered at for giving up their careers. It seems we are just to accept the guilt.

Guilt-Free Mums
The fact is as mums we will never get it right all of the time or even some of the time and we are not meant to, unfortunately we fall to the pressures of what a mum is supposed to be and quite rightly we fail to match up to it.
