Join us at aqua shard this September for an exciting dinner with one of the UK's most respected English sparkling wine producers, Hattingley Valley.
Hosted by brand ambassador, Gareth Maxwell, and seated in our glass walled private dining room with views across London, you will experience a selection of the best English sparkling wines paired with a three course dinner of contemporary British cuisine by Dale Osborne, our Executive Chef.
Hattingley uses traditional methods for making their wines and a key element of their style is the subtle use of oak barrels to ferment a small proportion of the wines each year as well as ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks. This softens the wines before they go into bottles for the second fermentation. The Hattingley Valley team prides itself in the quality of its work and an outstanding end product.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
