Description

This qualification enables a First-Aider to give emergency first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill while at work. The one-day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills, providing you with the skills to ensure a safe working environment. The course is split into practical work and theoretical classroom work, including practical assessment on CPR and first aid. The award is valid for three years as of the date of assessment and candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age at the time of taking the assessment. No prior first aid knowledge is required.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.     The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.   • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

    If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
