Catherine is a Transformation Guide, informed by extensive shamanic and somatic training. She is fully trained and certified Sexological Bodyworker, in Body Poem, Andean Spirituality and came to the practice of shamanism 25 years ago as a result of her own health challenges. Shamanism helped her to overcome these challenges and she has been walking the path since.
This nature meditation class designed to restore balance to your body, calm the nervous system whilst bringing you into a sacred exchange with the wider system of the natural world.
This class is a safe, trauma-informed space enabling people to go deep into their process of transformational growth and change whilst honouring the multi-dimensional aspects of life. Let the love of Mother Earth be your inspiration for walking further down the path of bringing your inner and outer landscapes back into harmony.
