Oh Yes, We have heard the call to bring Ecstatic Dance to Luton, Yesss it is our honour and Delight to bring this beautiful event here to our Home Town of Light.

Have you ever felt like you would just like to go out and dance, and express yourself fully, to fully let go, of fears and worries and allow the music to move you. Or to go out and dance without being watched, this is a space where we can dance sensually without fear. This is a safe space for expressing all sides of ourselves through Dance and Movement.

We will Gather at 7.45pm for a Cacao Ceremony this is pure chocolate drink that opens the heart and gives us energy to dance and flow.

For our first event We are so delighted to perform our set, Lulila Rose and the Shakti Dancers will be performing Songs from the Album Lifeforce Shaktivation at 8pm to start the Ecstatic Dance.

then from 9-10.30pm we will Dance to some amazing music Selected By Elaine and Lulila.

We can then go home, feeling full, healthy have an amazing sleep and no hangover the next day.

This is a way to activate the ecstatic energy in the body naturally, so we can feel bliss and joy through movement.

Movement is Alchemy, we can heal on many levels through this ecstatic dance practise
