Overview:
A unique experience, hosted in the infamous MCP in London, Victoria. We will kick off with a signature MCP session, culminating in an Ice Bath and Breathe workshop lead by Artur Paulins. We will to take you on a physical and mental journey that aims to empower all attendees and encourage some practises that will help upgrade your health and wellbeing.
The training:
Yardwork: The unconventional met-con blending cardio with strongman to build a session that will challenge you mentally as well as physically. It will be sweaty, fun and team based!
The recovery:
This experiential workshop will teach you how to master your breath and mindset to face the ice bath challenge. Learn to use cold adaptation techniques to improve focus, reduce stress, enhance mental and physical performance, boost the immune system, increase cold tolerance and uncover the hidden abilities of your physiology. Learn to control the stress response of your nervous system and use cold as the ultimate mental training tool for your mind and body.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
