Shorts On Tap presents: ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM - A Selection of short films on Mental Health - on World Mental Health Day, Wednesday, October 10th at 93 Feet East, Brick Lane, London E1 6QL from 7pm.
Join us on World Mental Health Day for an exploration of mental health with an outstanding programme of short films from all over the world.
A screening focusing on psychological well-being and aimed at casting a light on mental illness prevention, diagnosis, causes and cure.
FEATURING
- Live performance by Hackney-based alternative hip-hop duo The Knighthood Society,
- Q&As with attending filmmakers.
- Panel discussion with special guests Dr Sandeep Singh-Dernevik (Consultant Psychiatrist), Joe Minihane (Journalist, Author), Sotiris Posporelis (Consultant Liaison Neuropsychiatrist).
- Surprise special guest speaker: British Pop Music Artist & Actor.
