Electric Groove Yoga invites you to move through traditional yoga poses with a touch of groove to the sounds of floor filling tunes. It’s an opportunity to clear the mind, be in the moment and have fun while you channel your electric groove.
The class is open to all levels as the principle is to breath, move and have fun. All movements can be done at your own pace or freestyle to your own groove if the moment takes you.
Dress to stretch and move to the music - feel inspired by your electric groove. Face glitter will be provided to those who would like to glitter up!! Plus we’ll even throw in a post groove health influenced cocktail afterwards!
THURSDAY – 6.30pm – 7.30pm
SATURDAY – 1pm – 2pm
Tickets cost £15 and includes glitter and a cocktail afterwards!

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Electric Groove Yoga tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
