The Edinburgh Pay-it-Forward Yoga Festival is a celebration of yoga in our city: the teachers, the students, the studios, and the community that keeps our city moving, breathing, and well.
By purchasing a festival yoga ticket you are paying-it-forward to support local not for profits Edinburgh Community Yoga Outreach (ECYO) and Comas to continue their work. This will allow vulnerable people in our community to be given the opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga through ECYO and to access vital support services provided by Comas

STUDIO FESTIVAL CLASSES
There will be a range of classes running throughout the week at yoga studios all across Edinburgh, which will be scheduled separately to other classes running at the studio. The teachers and studios are gifting their time and space to offer yoga for a good cause; and you can get involved by buying a class ticket and going to the class at your local studio.
WEEKEND LINE-UP AT SERENITY CAFE
There will also be a weekend line-up at Serenity Café (off the Royal Mile, near Holyrood Park), kicked off with an opening party offering meditation, yoga and kirtan. The weekend offers 17 yoga classes from teachers all across Edinburgh, including kids yoga, pregnancy yoga, rocket yoga, 108 sun salutations, yin yang yoga, yoga therapeutics, and pop-up treatments like thai massage and tarot readings, plus so much more!
PAYING-IT-FORWARD
Each teacher and studio are graciously donating their time and space in support of the work ECYO and Comas do. We so appreciate the energy everyone is putting in to being a part of this festival, (and as a participating student that includes YOU!) The pay-it-forward money raised from ticket sales and donations will be divided equally between Comas and ECYO, to support the work they do with our local communities.
TICKETS
All adult and student tickets are £8 each (+ booking & card fee).
Concession tickets are £3.50 and are for members of Comas and unemployed people only. Proof of membership or unemployment status must be shown before the class.
Comas work with people experiencing addiction, mental health issues and social isolation to provide services to help them on their healing and recovery journey. ECYO works with local partners to bring yoga to prisons, mental health hospitals and low income communities and offers yoga classes to people in recovery and women affected by trauma through a successful partnership with Comas.
