Emma and Marianne of Green Door welcome back Anna-Lisa and her musical weavings. Enjoy being lead on a conscious journey of dance and movement with a mix of global rhythms, beats and melodies both organic and electronic. Explore the healing Hamblin gardens, connect with others and bust some moves.
Wear comfy clothing or deck yourself out in disco gear and sequins!
Bring warm layers, water and a mat/blanket if you want something to lie down on.
Adults only. Includes cup of ceremonial cacao.
Anna-Lisa has a pure love of transformation, expression and expansion through the body. Weaving her knowledge and experience from energetic, physical, therapeutic and creative trainings she creates layered dance landscapes to explore, reflect and process our inner worlds with a mix of global rhythms, beats and melodies both organic and electronic.
Ecstatic Dance is based in the natural understanding that our bodies know how they need and want to move in order to heal, strengthen, release and be nourished.
