Eat. Sleep. Pilates are proud to present the last event in our residency at Printworks Kitchen in collaboration with LP Wines .
Work up an appetite with a 60 minute total body conditioning class with Vanisha of Eat. Sleep. Pilates before indulging in a beautifully prepared meal and enjoying a wine tasting workshop led by Rhys of LP Wines. All guests will also leave with a bag of wellness goodies!
So, grab your mat, and maybe a friend or two and join us - your body AND mind will thank you for it! There's NOWHERE better to be on a Thursday night!

All Pilates levels welcome including complete beginners. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing. If you have any dietary requirements, please contact the event organiser.
