Work up an appetite with a 60 minute total body conditioning class with Vanisha of Eat. Sleep. Pilates before indulging in a beautifully prepared brunch and enjoying a workshop led by one of General Assembly's inspiring speakers. All guests will also leave with a bag of wellness goodies!

All Pilates levels welcome including complete beginners. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing. If you have any dietary requirements, please contact the event organiser.
