What better way to start a Sunday then with Yoga and Brunch! Join Aminta for a morning of bliss as we reconnect our mind, body and overall well-being in this mini morning retreat. We will start the morning off with a guided meditation, move with purpose through a 75 minute vinyasa flow to connect and feel a sense of strength and stability, followed by a vegetation brunch, juices, teas and coffees.
Retreat schedule: 9:30am – 1:30pm 9:30am: Morning Meet & Greet w/Aminta 9:45am – 11:15am: Open your mind with a mini guided meditation and flow through a sweet 75 minute vinyasa flow 11:15 - 12:15pm: Vegetation brunch, juices, teas and coffees. 12:15pm – 1:15pm: Destress the mind and body with a Restorative practice to deepen into the body 1:15pm Enjoy a delicious slice of cake and tea to see you on your way!
Throughout this mini morning retreat we will wake up the body and move your body in a way that feels good to you. We will move, breathe, laugh a little, eat and end our morning in a sweet relaxing savasana before moving on with our day.
