Cara Louise Jones

I became really passionate about working with people, their holistic development and nature in a previous role as Education Officer and through my experience and training, I can deliver courses and training to adults as well as children.
My background is Ecology, Art & Mental Health and I have enjoyed combining them all to create fun, interactive workshops, courses & activities for adults & children.
I have worked with Parenting Charities as a Counsellor and research the effects of nature on well-being and mental health.
I am truly passionate about people and providing skill based, experiential learning through my training programmes to help encourage people's development and mental well-being. I work in a variety of areas, from training employees, school staff and individuals, as well as working directly with the children and clients.

Andrea Carri

Registered nurse practitioner, specialised in psychiatric nursing, aesthetics and wellbeing. I was so passionate about my beliefs that I opened a registered holistic clinic in Llandudno 2007, offering a range of treatments such as colonic hydrotherapy. I believe the core of ourselves begin in the gut. I also offer laser therapy to help with smoking cessation and weight loss.

My experience as a nursing sister and hospital manager has continued to give me the focus to share my holistic/nursing skills to those that require them being delivered in surroundings of calmness and nature.
