Description
A 45 minute dog training class to help raise money for Yeadon Town Hall.
140 minutes of dog training fun split over 3 weeks. You'll need some floor space, lots of treats and a dog!
We'll be working on some well known tricks such as 'paw', 'bow' and 'spin' as well as more complex 'weaves', 'middle' and 'touch'. Just for fun we'll also chuck in a couple of games that will help your dog learn food manners and pay more attention to you whilst you're out on a walk.
Class is set up as a donation so you may pay as you feel but please donate a minimum of £5. I'll be donating all of the profits and matching that number from my own pocket also.
The Town Hall has found the last few months difficult, with operating costs and expenses to meet without being able to welcome the events and audiences that provide much of their revenue. Brassneck Theatre want to make sure they support this fantastic venue through these testing times so they still have our home for years to come. As Yeadon Town Hall has been a local landmark and a key community building for the past 140 years, they are asking their supporters to join in the '140 for 140' fundraising campaign. The idea is to use the months of January and February to do something that your friends and family can sponsor you to do 140 times.
