Join me Liv Palmer A Senses Consultant & Futurist in the beautiful city of York for a talk about the future. Get a sense of what is happening, it's a journey into the future, it will be a sense of our full potential in a changing world. I will be talking about advanced human senses, also our journey to being more advanced than AI. There will be a new way with the car which will go beyond electric and the use of nuclear power. There will be shifts of consciousness within a connected sense of Universal space and the new way we will sense relationships with men and women.
Liv Palmer is a Senses Futurist, she works with her senses to sense fully in High Definition. She hears spirit as she has done extensive senses work to bring her hearing sense to a high definition hearing sense, it’s just like having a conversation with spirit as if they were in the room physically to speak with her.
Sensing the future with High Definition Senses
As a Senses futurist I can sense the future, take a step into the future with me as I share a vision of what is going to happen, it will be the way we will be living in the future.
You will be dining with us as a group of up-to 10 people at 31 CASTLEGATE York located in the centre of York.
You can enjoy a 3-course meal with people who enjoy looking into the future, it’s a great way to meet people who are interested in the future positive potential of human kind.

Chef Nick Julius has gained many years experience work in some of the county's most interesting restaurants such as L’Escargot in London under Marco Pierre White, as Head Chef on the Tivoli Cunard Vista Fjord and Head Chef at Durham Ox. Our menus reflects this experience and knowledge. Nick opened 31 Castlegate in early 2005

Soup of the day with our own bread.
Warm crispy pork Tossed in sesame seeds and a light Asian salad.
Chicken liver parfait with onion jam and toasted brioche.
Goats cheese mousse with mixed leaves and pickled beetroot.
Smoked haddock and salmon fishcake with sweet chilli dip.
Red onion tart with brie and rocket salad.
Mains
Pan fried chicken breast with chorizo croquettes, green beans and a thyme jus.
Confit duck leg with dauphinoise potatoes, spinach and a balsamic jus.
Pan fried pork steak with sautéed potatoes, green beans and a mustard cream.
Pan fried sea bass fillet with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, mini fondants, balsamic olive oil dressing.
Mushroom risotto with grilled goat’s cheese and rocket salad jus.
Penne pasta with roasted Mediterranean vegetables & parmesan tomato cream jus.
Desserts
Chocolate brownie with warm chocolate sauce and honeycomb ice cream.
Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce.
Apple and sultana crumble with Yorvale vanilla ice cream.
White chocolate and brownie cheesecake Vanilla ice cream.
