Having worked with some of London's finest chefs (Jamie Oliver, Gennaro Contaldo) Chef Catherine of Fare Comment, will teach you how to make three different kinds of Chinese dumpling - prawn har gow, chicken jiaozi and pork siu mai. Learn how to balance flavours, make foolproof dough and the art of folding.
The class finishes with dinner where you can enjoy the spoils of your labour.
Price includes glass of Prosecco with dinner and welcome drink.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Dim Sum Masterclass tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
