Digital Imaging Competition Awards
The Awards presentation will be held on
OCTOBER 9 at 19:30 GMT on Zoom.
For 2025 our annual competition for members featured three separate rounds, this time by class of image rather than subject theme, namely Open Colour, Open Mono and Altered Reality. For each class the three selectors have selected 10 images and this gives us 30 that have gone forward to the final, competing for the main award of the Raymond Wallace Thompson Trophy.
In this awards presentation the selectors will comment on each of the 30 images in turn before announcing their individual awards for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed images, with the First winning the coveted RWT trophy. Each selector will also be invited to award a Highly Commended certificate to a single image of their choice.
If the winners are online, they can take part in a virtual presentation, and the winning six images will be presented on the GIG website and in DI Online.

RPS Digital Imaging Group facilitate Online Workshops, on Processing in Photoshop, Lightroom. the Nik Suite, Topaz and Affinity. As well as encouraging the use of software in creative ways to create artistic photographic images.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Digital Imaging Competition Awards tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Digital Imaging Competition Awards tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Digital Imaging Competition Awards ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
