Offline is the New Luxury - A 5 hr no phone zone retreat designed to switch off from technology and reconnect with our inner selves. Included in this retreat there will be a heart opening yoga class suitable for all levels. In yoga the opening of the heart symbolises growing in compassion and connection to others and thus decreasing isolation and depression. There will be open your heart meditation with Hari, a delicious hot Thai lunch from Rosa's Thai Cafe and a goody bag with treats from Pip and Nut, Nina's Popcorn, Tapped Water, Grain and Bowl and Hangry Bars to name a few. There will be a Nourish the Heart Nutrition talk with nutritionist Sophie Higgins. We will also have a Voice and Body Workshop to look and feel confident with actress Sylvia Cohen. Guests will be greeted with a ginger shot upon arrival and there will be Pukka tea to help yourself to all day. Also there will be a charity box for donations for Greenpeace. Please wear warm and comfy clothing. We cannot wait to share this experience with you!
