This workshop takes 22 years of practice from various experts, successes and learning, using case studies to help us apply systemic methods into innovative organisational design and change. It incorporates systems thinking, complexity, and change methodologies, into a deeper design and change practice.
Consisting of 3 consecutive half day live Zoom sessions, afternoon UK time.
