    Description

Decades of Dub is happy to bring to you TONIC DUBS. A showcase of some of the finest selectas and MCs on these shores and beyond. For our first Sound System session in the Southside, we have put together a solid line up which includes two Glasgow debuts. First up....

    MIGHTY OAK (Sco)

We are very happy to be welcoming Mighty Oak through for their first session Glasgow. Having released a killer remix of Alpha & Omegas "The Eagle, The Dragon and The Bear" back in 2013 and with their latest heavyweight 7" release "Signs" w/ Ramon Judah being played on systems across the globe, there is no better time to catch them ina the dance. They come with a tuff selection of records, from roots to dubwise, ina strictly vinyl style!

    MR .NOISY (Fra)

Flying in direct from the Czech Republic, Mr.Noisy comes to mash it up on his U.K debut. Having played at various dances and festivals in Europe over the past few years, the last year has seen him focus more on production. Heavy remixes and a recent collaboration with Sista Bethsabée (Culture Dub) are testimant to the passion he shows for the music. Expect a top selection from Rubadub to heavy Steppas!

    Breezak (Fra)

Originating from France and having been involved in the sound system scene for over a decade, Breezak needs little introduction. Known for being the man behind Mungo's HiFi Sound System, he has also been busy with his own project, Bass Alliance Sound System since 2004. Addicted to all things bass, for this night he comes prepared with a wide collection of dubplates and is bringing his powerful sound system along with him. Expect fyah!

    Rampant Sound (Sco)

Resident selectas at Decades of Dub and ready for another night of musical meditation. Rampant Sound were first on the Glasgow dub scene back in 1992, inviting the likes of Menasseh, Zion Train, Kwasi Asante and Revolutionary Dub Warriors to name a few. Having been back behind the decks for almost a year now, expect a high-grade selection in the tradition of the finest UK sounds, from roots to heavyweight dub!
