Dear Alice is a secret speakeasy bar curiously hidden away behind a wardrobe in the basement of a Members’ Club in Covent Garden.
Inspired by Lewis Carroll’s classic tale, Dear Alice boasts a delectable food and bespoke drinks menu with themed cocktails for guests to sip curiously in an utterly nonsensical setting.
All non-members have to book in advance and there is a £30 cover charge per person which includes 2 signature cocktails and nibbles.

I have not received my Dear Alice ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Dear Alice tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Dear Alice tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Dear Alice ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
