    Description

Roman and StreTch both have over 10,000 hours of personal training and coaching under their belts. Over the years they have worked with a variety of clients from rehabilitation, general population and professional sports people.

In 2013-14 StreTch looked after the S&C programme for 7 members of the English sprinting squad. One of them was Ashleigh Nelson who went on to win a bronze in the 100m and a gold in the 4 x100m at the European Championships. StreTch currently trains two sprinters, Emanual Stephens and Sam Imhogiemhe. Emanual represented England twice last season and hit six personal bests.

Between 2012 and 2014 Roman was S&C coach of former British Light-Welterweight Champion Darren Hamilton. Roman helped Darren defence his British title twice. He also worked with Prize Fighter winner Larry Ekundayo.

Both Roman and StreTch hope to share their skills and knowledge with fit pro's, personal trainers, and coaches who are invested in their career development.
