Welcome to Day Retreats London.
We will be popping up at Coate Studios in Hackney on Sunday afternoon to wind down your weekend and flow you into the week ahead. Mixing Pilate, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin and meditation your relax button will be hit hard from the centre of the city.
Prepare to surround yourself with flowers, scents and twinkling candles to shift your focus into breath and movement and opening your inner nature. We will find fluidity within to warm the throat Chakra, Vishuddha, to find clarity and mindfulness in our communication (in time for Christmas!)
Mats and all equipment is provided, just bring yourself, an open mind and sunny smile.
