Welcome to Day Retreats London.
We will be popping up at Celestine Eleven on Sunday afternoon to wind down your weekend and flow you into the week ahead. Mixing Pilates, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin and meditation your relax button will be hit hard from the centre of the city.
Prepare to surround yourself with flowers, scents and twinkling candles to shift your focus into breath and movement and opening your inner nature. We will be focusing on the 3rd Chakra, Manipura, Solar Plexus to build heat and strengthen our personal power and intellect.
Mats and all equipment is provided, just bring yourself, an open mind and sunny smile.
