Welcome to Day Retreats London.
We will be popping up at the Kind Yoga Studio on Sunday afternoon to wind down your weekend and flow you into the week ahead. Mixing Pilate, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin and meditation your relax button will be hit hard from the centre of the city. Prepare to surround yourself with scents and twinkling candles to shift your focus into breath and movement and opening your inner nature.
Mats and all equipment is provided, just bring yourself, an open mind and sunny smile.
