Daniel Vildósola and John Waugh may come from opposite sides of the Atlantic, one from the sun-scorched deserts of Arizona, the other from the rolling hills of Northumberland, UK, but together, their music finds an effortless middle ground. Drawing from their vastly different environments, they’ve created a sound that feels natural, fusing americana and jazz with a sense of place and history that’s both personal and expansive.

The duo, joined by their band, will debut their music at Hampstead Jazz Club for what will no doubt be a memorable evening!

Individually, Vildósola & Waugh cut their teeth on the world stage in pop music—Vildósola, a long- standing member of HÆLOS, producing various artists, and more recently, touring extensively with CMAT. While Waugh has spent over a decade playing with the chart- topping powerhouse, The 1975. Despite their success in the pop world, they now find themselves retreating to intimate venues, where they can explore a more organic, jazz-infused sound, drawing from the folk traditions and stories of their respective homes.

Together, they create a unique blend of Americana Jazz, where the rich storytelling of roots music meets the improvisational freedom of jazz. It’s a collaboration that feels both familiar and fresh, connecting two distant landscapes into a cohesive, compelling musical journey.

Please note, The Club is not licensed to allow access to Children under the age of 16 after 9pm, so for evening performances, please do not book tickets for children under the age of 16. Children aged 16 and above are welcome at any time.

Seats are not numbered and you will be seated at available tables. Please note tables seat 4 people, so for bookings of less than 4 people, you will be seated and share a table for 4.

For £15.00 Tickets:

This is a fully seated event. Seats are not numbered and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Please NOTE, there is NO food served in the Jazz Club, there is a bar for drinks. We advise booking a table for dinner at the Duke of Hamilton upstairs at least 1hr before show-time - Book Here

Please note the Jazz Club is situated in the basement of the Duke of Hamilton Pub and access is via a number of stairs. The nearest toilets are situated on the 1^st floor of the Pub.
